Returns
We hope you love your purchase, but if you change your mind, you can return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery for a refund.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Please include your packing slip or order number inside the parcel to help us process your return faster.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please return it and place a new order.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- underwear,
- swimwear,
- bodysuits,
-
or any other items marked as “non-returnable,”
unless the item is faulty.
❗ Sale Items – No Returns or Refunds
Items purchased in a sale, clearance, flash sale, or promotional campaign are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless the item is proven to be faulty.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- items discounted by 30% or more,
- items purchased during Flash Sales,
- items bought using discount codes, promo codes, or stacked discounts (e.g. sale price + additional percentage off).
⚠️ Final Sale Items
Any item marked as Final Sale is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
By completing a purchase of a discounted item, the customer agrees to these terms.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
If an item is received faulty or damaged, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographic evidence. Each case will be assessed individually.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rkunique.co.uk@gmail.com including:
- your order number,
- a short description of the issue,
- and clear photos of the item.

If your claim is accepted, we will offer either a full refund or replacement (subject to stock availability) at no additional cost to you.
Shipping costs and free delivery threshold
Refunds apply to the value of the returned products only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If an order qualified for free delivery (for example, orders over £70), but after the return the total value of the items kept by the customer falls below the free delivery threshold, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
In the case of a full order return, the original shipping cost is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund.
📦 Delivery Responsibility & Lost Parcels (Royal Mail / Couriers)
Delivery Disclaimer
RK Unique is not responsible for parcels that are left by the courier in unsecured locations, including but not limited to doorsteps, stairwells, shared entrances, porches, or communal areas.
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.
In the event of a missing parcel due to courier error, RK Unique will assist the customer in submitting a claim with the delivery provider; however, we do not accept liability for parcels lost after delivery confirmation.
Customers are encouraged to choose delivery options that require a signature or safe place instructions where available.
